Festival Vendors

General info:

Arrive for setup starting at 9 am
MUST be Set up by 11 am
Breakdown: beginning at 7:45 pm
Off the street NO LATER THAN 10:00 pm

Check-In

Someone will be with a clip board for vendor check in at 2nd and Popular and at 2nd and Brown to help you find your spot and check you in.
Your spot will be marked with chalk.  please stay within your area as moving yourself will affect other vendors around you.

Rentals:

If you need a tent, table or chairs, please email alexis@poppedphiladelphia.org

8' Table: $6
Chairs: $0.90

Parking

Parking will be LIMITED.  You may not park on 2nd street between Girard and Spring Garden or on Poplar between 3rd and New Market  or on Laurel Street between Hanock and 2nd Street

If you need your vehicle next to your booth, please email alexis@poppedphiladelphia.org ASAP.  Otherwise, the earlier you arrive on June 20th, the better chance of finding parking close to 2nd Street.  There is a FREE lot on 2nd and Germantown next to the piazza that you can park at all day.  You will be able to drive to your booth area, drop off what you need, and then go park your car.   You will be able to park all day in normal street parking spots in the neighborhood.  The best place to look for parking will be on 3rd, 4th streets, Brown, Fairmount, Front, Green, and American Streets.

Clean Up

You are 100% responsible to cleaning up your booth area after the end of the event.  Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine.  Please place your trash and recycling in the appropriate containers on site.  We are recycling paper, plastics (#1 & #2), cardboard, glass, cans.

Recycling

We are a green festival.  Please use recycled or recyclable products such as #1 or #2 plastic cups.  Recycled napkins and paper-towels will be complimentary to vendors, provided by SCA

Ice and Water

Ice is available for purchase from NLBOA onsite.  Price will be determined
Water is available for purchase from NLBOA onsite for $35/case
Please have enough change for yourself, we will not have a bank to make change for you

First Aid

First Aid will be at Liberties Physical Therapy at 809 N. 2nd Street
