The Fourth Annual 2nd Street Festival will be held Sunday, August 5th, 2012 from noon till 10 p.m. North 2nd between Germantown and Green Streets here in Northern Liberties will be filled with beer gardens, workshops, art, food, and other merchandise vendors. This year there will be four music & event stages, all programmed by the Philadelphia Folksong Society. Come join us!
